All loans, credit lines, and credit cards obtained through our programs require a personal guarantee, even when secured for business purposes.

Credit Lines vs. Credit Cards

Credit Lines: Rare and difficult to obtain, representing less than 1% of the total funding we secure.

Credit Cards: The majority of funding options available. They do not require payments if there is no outstanding balance.

Cash Access: If your priority is direct access to cash, credit cards may not be the best fit. Converting credit cards into cash is complex, carries risks, and is not a service we provide or advise on.
Financial Responsibility

Refund Policy
All service fees paid to Capital Funding Options are non-refundable. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that payments made for consulting, advisory, or funding-related services are final and cannot be refunded, reversed, or credited under any circumstances.
Pre-Approvals vs. Loan Selection
Pre-approvals are provided as an estimate of potential funding but do not constitute a loan lock or guarantee. Clients are not obligated to proceed at the pre-approval stage.
Once a client selects loan offers and chooses to move forward with funding, they are entering into a binding agreement to complete the process.
Payment Obligation
After loan selection, Capital Funding Options will issue an invoice. Clients are required to remit payment within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.
Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall first be submitted to mediation. If not resolved within 5 business days, disputes may be brought before a court in Bexar County, Texas.
Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell, trade, or disclose your personal information to unrelated third parties, except:
